Sexual Wellness
A private, medical conversation about desire, comfort, arousal, and function — without a script.

The visit
About sexual wellness
Sexual health shapes confidence, relationships, and the private quality of a life, and many people never raise it. Caleyo Wellness treats desire, comfort, arousal, and function as medical subjects. The conversation is private. There is no script you are expected to match, and the first visit is not a rush toward a procedure.
The approach is the whole body. Hormones, vascular health, mood, medications, pelvic changes, sleep, and stress can all sit behind a change in sexual wellness. What you want to be different is part of the history, said in your words. Depending on the evaluation, options may include medical therapy and, when appropriate, regenerative treatments such as PRP, including intimate treatments.
Those options are explained with their limits attached. Platelet-rich plasma procedures, including the O-Shot and the P-Shot, are discussed only when they fit. They are not guaranteed to change sensation, function, or size. If they are not appropriate, the visit still has a job: to understand the symptom and the context around it.
Who it’s for
A fit is a clinical decision.
Women and men come in with a shift in desire, discomfort, a change in arousal or function, or a sense that intimacy has become something to manage around. You may already have been told to give it time. You want a clinician who will look at hormones and the rest of the body before naming a treatment.
You may also be curious about intimate PRP and want that curiosity answered without a sales pitch. Curiosity is welcome. It is not a booking. You set the pace, and declining a procedure is a complete answer. The room uses the same clinical standard as the rest of the practice.
What it can support
Benefits, without a promise.
Privacy treated as part of care
The visit is discreet. Nothing intimate is assumed from a form, and nothing is scheduled because a menu exists. You decide how much to say, and the plan is built from that, not from a script.
Hormones inside a wider story
Hormone status may matter, and it may not. Medications, mood, vascular health, pelvic change, and sleep are reviewed so a hormone is not the only suspect in the room.
Medical options before procedures
Therapy is considered when evaluation supports it. A procedure is not the opening offer. You hear what a choice involves, including recovery, before anything is placed on a calendar.
Limits said out loud
When intimate PRP is appropriate, we state the limit directly. It is not guaranteed to change sensation, function, or size. Individual responses vary, and that limit is part of the consent to keep talking.
What to expect
Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.
- 01
A private history, without a performance
Consultation asks what changed, what you have tried, which medications you take, and what you actually want. You will not be hurried. If the concern is better served by another clinician, that is said here too.
- 02
Context before any procedure
The visit connects desire, comfort, and function to hormones, vascular health, mood, and pelvic health as they apply. If PRP is on the table, candidacy and what the treatment does not claim are reviewed before it is booked.
- 03
Follow-up that stays specific and discreet
If you start therapy or a procedure, follow-up checks response and side effects without theater. If you start neither, you still leave with the reasoning and a way to return if the picture changes.
How it fits
Part of a root-cause plan.
Root-cause wellness applies in this room as much as it does to energy or metabolism. A change in sexual health can follow hormones, a medication, pain, mood, sleep, or blood flow. Treating the complaint as a standalone product misses those links. Caleyo would rather find the contributor you can act on than offer an intimate procedure because it is available.
The model also refuses overclaiming. Regenerative options, including intimate PRP, stay inside a medical plan and keep their limits attached. Hormone care, nutrition, and the rest of wellness can be pulled in when they explain the symptom. The first conversation is for understanding. Treatment, if it happens, comes after you have heard what it cannot promise.
Yes. It is a private medical conversation about desire, comfort, arousal, and function. You are not asked to match a story that is not yours.
No. The lens is the whole body. Hormones may be part of care when evaluation supports that, and they may be left out.
When appropriate, PRP-based options, including intimate treatments such as the O-Shot or the P-Shot, may be discussed. They are not guaranteed to change sensation, function, or size.
Not as a rule. The first visit is for history and fit. A procedure is scheduled only after candidacy, recovery, and limits are clear.
Yes. Sleep, mood, medications, nutrition, and hormone optimization can share the plan when they help explain the concern.
