About nad+ iv therapy

NAD+ is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme cells use in making energy and in cellular repair. At Caleyo an infusion places it in the bloodstream, a different route from a capsule that has to be digested. People ask about it for mental clarity, energy, brain fog, sleep, or healthy aging. Asking is not, by itself, a reason to infuse.

NAD+ levels are described as declining with age, stress, illness, and lifestyle. That description is background, not a diagnosis, and not a reason to infuse everyone who feels older than they wish. NAD+ is not a cure for any disease. Caleyo does not offer it as treatment for Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, or any other neurological condition. If disease care is what you need, this is the wrong visit.

The decision is narrower than the interest. Your provider uses symptoms, goals, and history to decide if an infusion belongs and how to dose it. Introductory sessions, higher-dose sessions, and sometimes intramuscular maintenance are discussed as Re-NAD options, set by tolerance. The infusion runs longer than a typical nutrient IV, so comfort is part of the talk. No dose is listed to order.

Who it’s for

A fit is a clinical decision.

This conversation fits if focus, stamina, or the feeling of running on fumes has lasted long enough to take seriously, and you want a clinician to say whether NAD+ belongs. It also fits if you would rather be told that sleep, labs, mood, hormones, or training should come first.

It does not fit a search for a cure, a neurological protocol, or a vitamin drip with a new label. Nutrient IVs are their own service, and NAD+ is not added to every bag. Tell your provider about pregnancy, complex illness, or an expectation of a guaranteed lift in energy or thinking.

What it can support

Benefits, without a promise.

  • Cellular energy in context

NAD+ is a coenzyme in the pathways cells use to make energy. An infusion may support that biology when it belongs in your plan. It does not replace food, sleep, or the work of finding why energy is low.

  • Questions about focus

People ask about brain fog and mental clarity. Those are reasons to have the conversation, not proof that an infusion will sharpen thinking. Responses differ, and NAD+ is not a treatment for a cognitive disease.

  • Healthy aging, without reversal

Interest in aging well is a fair reason to ask. Levels are described as declining over time. That is not a claim that an infusion turns aging around, and Caleyo will not tell you it does.

  • A dose from your history

Symptoms, goals, tolerance, and history choose among introductory sessions, higher-dose sessions, and, for some people, intramuscular maintenance. Comfort during the longer session is discussed before you book.

What to expect

Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.

  1. 01

    Separate from a nutrient IV

A vitamin infusion and a NAD+ infusion are different visits, with different contents and different reasons. If you want hydration, immune support, or a recovery blend, that is the IV therapy conversation. NAD+ is not a rename of that service.

  2. 02

    Pacing a longer infusion

Plan on a longer time in the chair than a standard nutrient bag. Your clinician explains how the infusion is paced and what to say if you feel uncomfortable. That talk happens before you are scheduled, not halfway through the bag.

  3. 03

Maintenance only if it still fits

Intramuscular maintenance between IV sessions is optional, not a second product added on its own.

How it fits

Part of a root-cause plan.

Low energy has roots, and root-cause care looks for them before it reaches for a coenzyme. Sleep, meals, stress, hormones, training load, recent illness, and labs chosen for your history can all wear the same face. Infusing NAD+ while that ground is ignored leaves the reason in place.

If NAD+ is used, it is one tool inside the plan. It is not the plan, and it is not an explanation of why you feel the way you do. Nutrition and the rest of your medical care stay in the picture. Two people with the same wish for more stamina can leave with different answers, including no infusion.

Questions

Before you book.

A question about whether this belongs in your plan?

Contact

No. A nutrient IV and a NAD+ infusion are separate services. NAD+ is a coenzyme infusion with its own reasons, its own pacing, and its own decision about dose. It is not added to every bag.
