The visit

About hair restoration

Thinning hair rarely arrives with one explanation. Genetics can set the pattern. Stress, hormones, and age change how fast you notice more scalp along a part, at the temples, or in a photo you didn’t pose for. Caleyo looks at the scalp and at that history before a plan is named.

What follows may include PRP injections, microneedling, exosomes, and medical scalp care. AnteAGE hair serum may be added with microneedling so growth factors are carried into the scalp. Oral medication that supports hair growth is considered only when it is appropriate. These are options, not a stack everyone receives.

This isn’t a hair transplant. It’s a regenerative series. Changes in density are often discussed over several months, with maintenance after that. Response varies, and not every pattern of hair loss is a candidate.

Who it’s for

A fit is a clinical decision.

You might be styling around a wider part, or finding more hair in the shower than you used to, and you want a medical read before you buy another bottle. You don’t need a diagnosis in hand. You do need to be willing to talk about timing, family pattern, stress, and hormones.

Some people arrive hoping for a transplant and should hear, at the start, that surgery is not what this visit offers. Others have a pattern that won’t respond to PRP, microneedling, or serum. They deserve that answer in the room, not after months of visits that were never going to help.

What it can support

Benefits, without a promise.

  • A cause, not only a thinner part

Genetics, stress, hormones, and age aren’t interchangeable labels. More than one can be active. Naming them changes whether oral medication belongs in the plan at all, and whether the work on the scalp is aimed at the right problem.

  • Your platelets, placed in thinning areas

PRP hair restoration starts with a small blood draw. The platelet-rich portion is placed where hair is thinning, to support follicles. It’s your own blood. On this visit, that portion goes into the scalp.

  • Serum, needling, and exosomes

Microneedling can carry AnteAGE hair serum into the scalp, growth factors included. Exosomes may sit in the same regenerative conversation. They are added when the scalp in front of us calls for them, not as a default bundle.

  • Months, then maintenance

Density is discussed across several months, not after a single afternoon. Maintenance comes later. That pace is the plan, and it is also why a transplant — a different operation entirely — isn’t being offered in its place.

What to expect

Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.

  1. 01

    Scalp, history, and pattern

Consultation examines the scalp and the story around it: genetics, stress, hormones, age, and what you have already tried. Not every pattern is a candidate. If yours is not, you should leave with that conclusion instead of a calendar.

  2. 02

What one visit in the series includes

A visit may include a small blood draw and PRP in thinning areas, microneedling, exosomes, or AnteAGE hair serum carried in with needling. Oral medication is raised only when it is appropriate. You won’t be given every tool on the same day just because each one exists.

  3. 03

    The months after, then upkeep

Aftercare is a medical-grade scalp regimen you can keep, plus patience. Changes in density are often discussed over several months, and maintenance follows the series. Response varies. No one can promise a full head of hair from this approach.

How it fits

Part of a root-cause plan.

Hair gets treated as a cosmetic problem sitting on top of a life nobody asked about. Stress, hormones, age, and genetics are already the medical story, and they belong in the plan. Nutrition, sleep, and the rest of your health can change how a scalp responds, which is why a nurse practitioner who is also a dietitian is in the room and not only an aesthetic eye.

Root-cause care doesn’t mean a hidden switch will be found and flipped. It means a serum won’t be asked to stand in for a hormone question, and oral medication won’t be started because it’s available. If the pattern is not a candidate for this regenerative approach, that conclusion is the plan.

Questions

Before you book.

A question about whether this belongs in your plan?

Contact

No. The plan is non-surgical: PRP, microneedling, exosomes, AnteAGE hair serum, medical scalp care, and oral medication when it is appropriate. Transplantation is a different operation, and it isn’t what this visit offers.
