The visit
About neurotoxins
Expression lines show up when you lift your brows, concentrate on a screen, or smile until the outer eye creases. A neurotoxin is an injectable that temporarily relaxes the muscles behind those lines. At Caleyo Wellness, dose and placement are planned so the face can still move. A frozen look is not the plan.
Botox®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and Letybo® are the four products offered. They are not one formula under different labels. Formulation differs, and so does the length of time a result is often discussed as lasting. Your history, including any earlier treatment, decides which option is worth a real conversation.
Forehead lines, the frown between the brows, and crow’s feet are the areas most often planned. The visit itself is usually brief, and most people return to regular activity the same day. Effects develop over several days, not in the chair. Bruising, redness, or swelling can occur, and what to pause beforehand is reviewed at the appointment.
Neurotoxin treatment areas include the trio (frontalis, glabella, and crow’s feet), bunny lines, the chin (golf-ball chin), a gummy smile, a lip flip, masseter slimming, TechNeck Tox, an eyebrow lift, JellyEye Roll, the DAO (a frown smile), neck bands, excessive armpit sweat, smoker lines, nose slimming, Barbie Neck, SkinTox Calm, a Nefertiti neck lift, and excessive hand sweat. People also ask about jaw clenching, TMJ issues, and excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis). Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and certain neuromuscular conditions are reasons you may not be a candidate.

Now Offering: Letybo®
We're excited to introduce Letybo, a popular neurotoxin treatment that’s taken the Korean aesthetics world by storm. Known for its refined purity, smooth results, and natural finish, Letybo is a favorite for those seeking gentle yet effective wrinkle reduction — especially around the eyes and forehead.
Who it’s for
A fit is a clinical decision.
This visit is for adults who want expression lines softer and still want their face to look like theirs in conversation. A forehead crease that stays at rest, a frown that lingers, or crow’s feet that feel deeper than they used to are the patterns people bring in. If a past treatment felt stiff, that detail should change the dose.
It is also for someone who has never had a neurotoxin and wants the decision in plain language. Anatomy, medical history, and the movement you hope to keep are sorted before a vial is opened. Some visits end in a plan, and some end in a reason to wait.
What it can support
Benefits, without a promise.
Movement that still reads as you
Placement follows the muscles that actually crease your skin, so a smile or a lifted brow can still look like yours. Softening a line and erasing expression are different aims. The dose is built around movement you can still recognize.
Four products, compared in person
Botox®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and Letybo® can be discussed side by side. One may fit better because of how you responded before, or because of how long you hope the effect may last. The match is made in consultation, not copied from the previous chart.
Forehead, frown, and crow’s feet
These three zones move differently, so they are not given one copied pattern. Other areas are considered only when anatomy and safety support them. That limit is explained before anything is scheduled.
A short visit, a later effect
Treatment usually takes little time, and most people go back to ordinary activity the same day. Relaxation shows over several days. How visible the change becomes is individual.
What to expect
Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.
- 01
Reading the muscles before a dose
Consultation comes first. Your provider watches the forehead, frown, and outer eyes move, asks about earlier neurotoxin, and reviews what to avoid on a treatment day. A product is named only after that conversation.
- 02
The injection appointment
The plan you agreed to is carried out with the product you discussed. The appointment is typically short. You may see small points and slight redness immediately. The softening of movement is not instant.
- 03
Several days while it settles
Aftercare covers pressure on the area, when to resume exercise, and anything else your provider wants paused. Bruising, redness, or swelling can occur. People do not all show the same degree of change.
How it fits
Part of a root-cause plan.
A crease is not always only a muscle story. Sleep, long hours at a screen, clenching, and skin that has thinned with time can sit beside the expression you notice in photos. Caleyo’s habit is to ask what else is driving the look, then decide whether a neurotoxin is the right tool or whether skin quality or a medical visit belongs beside it.
If headaches, jaw tension, or a long run of poor sleep come up while you talk about a frown, they can be named. When the issue is medical, it goes to medical care. A neurotoxin stays a narrow option, used when the muscle pattern is actually the problem you want to soften.
Botox®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and Letybo®. Your provider matches a product to your history and to the forehead, frown, or crow’s feet in the plan.
That is not the aim. Dose and placement are set so expression remains and the face still reads as yours. If an earlier treatment felt stiff, say so before a dose is chosen. A lighter plan can often be made.
Effects develop over several days. Most people return to regular activity the same day. What you see depends on the product, the dose, and how your muscles respond.
Bruising, redness, or swelling can occur. Pre-care and aftercare, including what to skip before you come in, are reviewed at the appointment so you are not guessing on the way home.
No. Arrive with the line that bothers you. Anatomy and history decide whether treatment makes sense, and which of the four products is the one to discuss.
