About microneedling
Makeup that creases into a scar, or pores that stay visible after foundation, is a texture problem more than a color problem. Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels that prompt the skin’s repair response and collagen production. At Caleyo it is used for texture, fine lines, pores, pigment, and acne scars.
Many skin types can be treated. It is not automatic if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing an active skin condition. Those situations need a real decision, not a default yes. The device is also different from AquaGold® Fine Touch™, which is a microinfusion with its own channels and its own visit.
A session often includes numbing and lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. Redness similar to a mild sunburn is common. You will be asked to pause retinoids, acids, and certain supplements beforehand, and to protect the skin from sun and makeup immediately afterward. Add-ons are optional, and they are explained before you decide.
Who it’s for
A fit is a clinical decision.
This is for someone who wants collagen induction aimed at texture, tone, and scars, and who is willing to accept a few days of visible redness. Acne scars that catch the light, along with fine lines and pores, are the usual reasons.
It is also for someone considering a serum, a peel, AnteAGE, Rejuran, PDGF, or PRP in the same plan, and who wants those extras judged rather than stacked. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in the middle of a flare, say so at the start. The honest outcome of that conversation is sometimes to wait.

Products we use

A controlled prompt for repair
Micro-channels are placed to prompt repair and collagen, not to injure the skin at random. Texture, fine lines, pores, pigment, and acne scars are the concerns this is used for. Many skin types can be treated when the skin is calm enough.
Add-ons only when they belong
Caleyo may pair microneedling with a topical serum, a peel, AnteAGE growth factors or exosomes, Rejuran, PDGF, or PRP when that combination makes sense. None of those is automatic. Each addition is explained before you decide.
Numbing, then a known window of time
Numbing is part of the visit. A session often runs about 30 to 45 minutes once the plan is underway.
A pause list, and sun after
Retinoids, acids, and certain supplements are paused beforehand. Afterward the skin needs protection from sun and from makeup in the immediate window. Redness like a mild sunburn is common. How fast it fades varies.
What to expect
Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.
How it works

- 01
Candidacy, products, and a pause list
Consultation reviews pregnancy, breastfeeding, and any active skin disease, along with the texture, lines, pores, pigment, or scars you want addressed. Optional PRP, AnteAGE, Rejuran, PDGF, a serum, or a peel is discussed only if it fits. You get the pause list before the date.
- 02
Numbing and the needling session
On the day, numbing comes first. The microneedling itself is commonly about 30 to 45 minutes. Depth and pattern follow the concern, which is why a scar and a fine line are not treated as the same pass.
- 03
Redness, sun, and the days after
Expect redness similar to a mild sunburn. Makeup and unprotected sun are avoided immediately afterward, and retinoids stay paused for as long as you were told. Heat, sweating, and active products can wait. Individual healing varies, and so does the change in texture over later weeks.
How it fits
Part of a root-cause plan.
Microneedling asks the skin to repair. That request lands differently if the skin is already inflamed, if sleep and nutrition are poor, or if an active condition is being needled over instead of treated. Caleyo’s root-cause step is to decide whether the texture is a collagen problem or a medical one that should be quiet before any channels are made.
The same lens applies to add-ons. PRP, AnteAGE, Rejuran, and PDGF are regenerative signals, not decorations. They belong when the goal and the skin agree, and they are skipped when they do not. A series may be part of a longer plan that also includes how you care for the barrier at home. The device is one piece of that plan.
Texture, fine lines, pores, pigment, and acne scars, by creating controlled micro-channels that prompt repair and collagen. It is a different visit from AquaGold® microinfusion.
They can, when the combination makes sense, along with a topical serum or a peel. AnteAGE may mean growth factors or exosomes. Those additions are explained before you decide. They are not included by default.
It is not automatic in pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or when an active skin condition is present. Many other skin types can be treated. Whether to treat is decided in consultation.
Yes. Numbing is part of the visit, and a session often lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. Redness similar to a mild sunburn is common afterward.
You will be asked to pause retinoids, acids, and certain supplements beforehand. Immediately afterward, protect the skin from sun and from makeup. How quickly redness fades is individual.
