2. Medical disclaimer

Caleyo Wellness provides medical weight management, regenerative aesthetics, IV therapy, and skincare under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals.

• Our services are not a substitute for primary medical care. Consult your own clinician before starting a treatment.
• Results vary with lifestyle, medical history, and how closely a plan is followed.

3. Appointments and cancellation

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations and no-shows: a missed 24-hour window, or a no-show, is charged a $99 fee.
• A valid credit card is required when booking, to hold the time.
• By scheduling, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy.

4. Product sales and returns

All sales are final for Nutrafol and Thorne supplements and for Rejuvi, SkinBetter Science, Obagi, AnteAge, and PCA Skin products.

• For hygiene and quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
• Allergy or adverse-reaction cases may be considered for store credit, case by case.

5. Payment and pricing

Prices may change without notice.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and financing where it applies.

6. Memberships

Clients in the aesthetics membership program agree to a 12-month commitment unless otherwise specified.

• Membership benefits and discounts cannot be transferred or shared.
• Early cancellation may include the fee described in the membership agreement.

7. Liability waiver

By using our services, clients acknowledge the risks of medical and aesthetic treatments and agree that Caleyo Wellness and its providers are not liable for adverse effects, injuries, or complications that result from treatment.

Clients agree to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.

8. Privacy

Caleyo Wellness protects personal information collected through the website, the booking system, and in-office visits.

We do not sell or share client information with third parties except as required by law or for operations such as payment processing. See the Privacy Policy for the full account.
