Wellness Injections
Targeted injections for nutrients and recovery, used as a piece of care rather than the whole plan.

The visit
About wellness injections
A wellness injection delivers vitamins or nutrients into the muscle, so digestion is not the route they have to take. People ask during a run-down stretch, on the far side of an illness or a trip, inside a weight program, or when a nutrient gap needs a direct look. The injection is a small step. It is not a full IV, and it is not a standing package you are enrolled in by default.
Skipping digestion can help when absorption or timing makes an oral route a weak fit. It can also be unnecessary. An injection can still be the wrong next step if food, a lab, or sleep would answer the question more honestly.
Your provider decides what would be in the syringe, whether you need it, and how it sits inside a broader approach to energy, recovery, immune health, or longer-term wellness. There is no public list of vitamin names and doses to order from. A repeat injection happens only when the plan calls for it, not because the first one created a schedule.
Who it’s for
A fit is a clinical decision.
This visit is for someone who can point to a reason: feeling run down, recovering after illness or travel, working through a weight program, or asking about a nutrient gap. It is also for someone who wants a targeted shot rather than time with an infusion, and who understands those are different services.
It is the wrong visit if you want a standing package before anyone has heard your history, or if you want the shot to replace meals, sleep, and follow-up. An injection can be useful and still be declined.
What it can support
Benefits, without a promise.
A route around digestion
Vitamins and nutrients placed in muscle skip the gut. That route is chosen when it fits the gap. A needle is not more effective simply because it is a needle.
Smaller than a full IV
A wellness injection is not a fluid infusion and not a substitute for one. Hydration, a nutrient bag, or NAD+ are other visits.
Help for a hard stretch
Travel, illness recovery, a weight program, and feeling run down are common reasons to ask. The injection supports that stretch when it belongs. It does not carry the whole plan.
Matched to a real gap
The formula follows a reason you and your provider can name: a nutrient gap, recovery, energy, or immune support. It is not a one-size protocol or a public menu of doses.
What to expect
Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.
- 01
A reason before the syringe
The visit starts with history, medications, and the goal, not with a standing order. Your provider says what the injection would contain and whether you need it. You can leave without one.
- 02
An injection, not a drip
You receive a targeted injection into the muscle, not a bag of fluid. Site care is reviewed before anything is given. It is a medical visit, not an infusion.
- 03
Another dose only if the plan says so
A second injection is not assumed. Repeat doses, if they belong, are written into the same plan as nutrition or labs. You are not enrolled in a package by default.
How it fits
Part of a root-cause plan.
Root-cause care asks where a nutrient gap, or a run-down feeling, is coming from. Meals, sleep, a weight plan, travel, recent illness, and labs can explain it without a syringe. Bypassing digestion is a tool for a specific problem. It is not a way to skip the reason the problem showed up.
The injection is a tool inside the plan. It is not the plan, and it is not a standing package in place of a plan. Energy, recovery, immune health, and longer-term wellness still depend on the rest of what you do. When the honest next step is food, a lab, or no injection, that is the recommendation.
An IV is a fluid infusion over a longer visit. A wellness injection places vitamins or nutrients into muscle and skips digestion. It is not a full IV.
No. NAD+ infusions and intramuscular NAD+ maintenance are a separate visit. A wellness injection is a vitamin or nutrient shot. Do not assume this visit includes NAD+.
Not by default. A repeat injection is scheduled only when the plan calls for it. The first question is whether even one injection is useful.
That is decided in the visit, from your history and the gap you are actually addressing. There is no public menu of names and doses. Your provider tells you what would be in the syringe before you agree to it.
Then you should hear that. Food, sleep, labs, or a different service may matter more. Leaving without an injection is a successful visit when that is the honest call.
