A different kind of weight care
If losing weight were only about trying harder, you would have solved it already. You may have dieted for years, regained weight, or noticed a change after stress, pregnancy, menopause, medication, or poor sleep.
Medical weight optimization combines evaluation, metabolic labs, nutrition, body composition, lifestyle strategy, and medication when clinically appropriate. The goal is the health, function, and composition of your body.
Benefits
Medical and nutrition leadership stay in the same plan, so you can understand the “why” behind your progress.
Weight care stays connected to metabolic health.
3D body composition helps separate fat loss, muscle, and visceral fat.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide may be tools inside a nutrition and lifestyle plan.
Protein, resistance training, and monitoring protect strength during weight change.
Blood sugar, insulin resistance, thyroid, hormones, inflammation, and nutrients may be reviewed.
Virtual and in-person follow-up so the plan can change with your body.
Who it’s for
You have lost and regained weight, or you are eating less without the response you expect.
You want a plan that accounts for metabolic and hormonal shifts.
You are considering GLP-1 therapy with nutrition, side-effect support, and muscle protection.
Fat loss with function: energy, strength, labs, and a plan you can keep.
Medication can be a tool. It should not be the whole plan. GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide can support appetite and weight loss when clinically appropriate. Without the right support, people may undereat protein, lose muscle, struggle with side effects, or feel unsure about maintenance.
At Caleyo, GLP-1 therapy sits inside a broader plan: how to eat, how to protect muscle, how to manage side effects, how to track progress, and how to think beyond the injection.
Not every patient needs the same plan. Depending on clinical needs, a program may include a medical and nutrition consultation, metabolic labs, 3D body composition, a nutrition strategy, medication management when appropriate, supplement guidance, exercise strategy, follow-up, and maintenance planning.
ShapeShift & Sustain is our precision weight-optimization blueprint, in three tiers. Essentials is a virtual option at $199 a month: an initial virtual consultation and medical evaluation, a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan, a prescription for weight management if medically appropriate, and monthly virtual check-ins.
Essentials in person is $249 a month: a monthly 3D body scan, customized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, prescription weight-loss medication if applicable, access to the Strongr Fastr app for meal and fitness planning, monthly provider check-ins, and discounts on Thorne and Nutrafol supplements.
Core is $399 a month and includes everything in Essentials plus a comprehensive lab review and biomarker tracking, personalized supplement recommendations, biweekly follow-ups, and access to metabolic boosters. Elite is $549 a month and includes everything in Core plus weekly follow-ups, priority scheduling, one complimentary IV therapy session a month, monthly wellness assessments (gut health, hormone analysis, and genetic insights), and membership discounts. A minimum three-month commitment is required so the plan can be adjusted.
GLP-1 receptor agonists help regulate blood sugar, slow digestion, reduce appetite, and support weight loss by mimicking hormones that signal fullness. Trade-name, FDA-approved drugs include Ozempic®, Wegovy®, and Mounjaro®. Compounded GLP-1 medications are custom-formulated versions, often used when branded options are out of stock.
Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that suppresses appetite, slows digestion, and promotes fat loss. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) is a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist. Most GLP-1 medications are self-administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Many patients stay on them for 6 to 12 months before a maintenance plan.
Average loss is 12–15% of body weight over 6–12 months with semaglutide, and 15–20% with tirzepatide. Side effects include nausea, bloating or indigestion, decreased appetite, fatigue or mild dizziness, and temporary constipation or diarrhea, often settling over a few weeks. Benefits beyond the scale include improved insulin sensitivity, a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, reduced inflammation and cardiovascular protection, better cholesterol, and metabolic function. Branded GLP-1 is $650 a month with commercial insurance if weight-loss coverage is included. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are $299 a month, without insurance.
Metabolic add-ons are Re-Tabolize IV, a fat-burning drip with B vitamins, lipotropic compounds, and amino acids; LipoPlus injections with methionine, inositol, choline, and B12; and B12 injections for metabolism, energy, and neurological health.
Oral medications we may prescribe are metformin, for insulin sensitivity and sugar cravings; phentermine, a stimulant appetite suppressant; Qsymia, phentermine plus topiramate; and bupropion/naltrexone (Contrave), for cravings and emotional eating.
Candidates are people with a BMI of 27 or higher with health conditions, or a BMI of 30 or higher, who have not sustained weight loss with lifestyle change and who will commit to a structured program. The 3D precision body scanner measures body composition, fat distribution, and muscle. Wear form-fitting athletic wear at the first scan, because loose clothing can interfere. We accept cash, credit card, and Cherry. Virtual visits are offered, and we prefer that the first consultation be in person.
What to expect
Weight history, sleep, cravings, medications, schedule, and what success would feel like beyond the scale.
Labs, metabolic markers, hormone context, nutrition, and body composition may be part of the evaluation.
Nutrition, movement, medication when appropriate, and tracking are built around what you can sustain.
Follow-ups help with plateaus, side effects, travel, social life, and the move into maintenance.
A precision-based program around nutrition, exercise guidance, medication when needed, metabolic support, and accountability. Tiers range from flexible virtual care to more comprehensive in-person support.
When clinically appropriate, GLP-1 options may be discussed as part of a broader plan. Product, dosing, duration, and side-effect support are reviewed in consultation.
A lower number on the scale is not the same change for everyone. Composition shows fat, muscle, and visceral fat so the result supports long-term health.
Yes. Virtual options are available. An in-person first consultation is preferred when a more thorough assessment is needed.
Cash, credit card, and Cherry financing. Program tiers and medication costs are reviewed in consultation.
Essentials virtual is $199 a month, Essentials in person is $249 a month, Core is $399 a month, and Elite is $549 a month. Each step adds more follow-up, lab review, or wellness support. A three-month commitment is required.
