About body contouring & rejuvenation

Weight change can leave the face or the body looking deflated, even when the weight itself was the right goal. Caleyo talks about restoring that shape without surgery: biostimulators such as Sculptra® and Radiesse®, Autocorre, hyaluronic acid filler when you want volume sooner, and skin-tightening treatments when elasticity is what’s missing.

The mix depends on where the volume changed and how quickly you hope to see something. Body rejuvenation here also includes a PRP breast treatment for firmness without implants, and non-surgical buttock contouring with PRP, Sculptra®, or Radiesse®. These are medical procedures with real limits. There is no guarantee.

They aren’t surgical lifts. What you see depends on your tissue, the number of sessions, and healing. Candidacy, and a plain account of what the treatment can’t do, belong in the consultation. None of this is a substitute for weight care.

Who it’s for

A fit is a clinical decision.

You may have lost weight and now see a chest, a hip, a buttock, or a face that looks emptied rather than simply smaller. You want shape back, and you don’t want an implant or an operation — or you want an honest read on whether a non-surgical option even fits the tissue you have.

This is the wrong visit if you’re still trying to lose a significant amount of weight and hope contouring will do that job. It’s also the wrong visit if you need a result promised in advance. People who can hold those limits, and still want a plan, are the ones this conversation is for.

What it can support

Benefits, without a promise.

  • Shape after the weight has changed

Deflation in the face or the body is its own problem, separate from the decision to lose weight. The plan asks where volume left. It doesn’t try to restart the loss, and it doesn’t pretend contour is weight care.

  • Sooner volume, or slower collagen

Hyaluronic acid filler can provide volume you notice sooner. Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and Autocorre develop more gradually. Tightening is there when elasticity is the gap. The mix follows the area and the pace you actually want, not a standard sequence.

  • Breast firmness without an implant

A PRP breast treatment is discussed for firmness. It isn’t an implant, and it isn’t a surgical lift. What it can’t do is part of the consultation, and no result is guaranteed.

  • Buttock contour without an operation

Non-surgical buttock contouring may use PRP, Sculptra®, or Radiesse®. It isn’t a surgical lift. Your tissue, the number of sessions, and healing decide how far the change can go.

What to expect

Consultation, treatment, and aftercare.

  1. 01

    Where the volume went

Consultation maps the change: face, breasts, buttocks, or another area that looks deflated after weight change. You’ll hear whether you’re a candidate. You’ll also hear what can’t be done, including that this won’t replace weight care and that nothing here is guaranteed.

  2. 02

One session, or the start of several

Treatment may be filler for more immediate volume, a biostimulator such as Sculptra® or Radiesse®, Autocorre, tightening, PRP to the breast, or non-surgical buttock contouring. Many plans need more than one session. The number follows your tissue. It isn’t copied from someone else’s chart.

  3. 03

    Healing without a borrowed picture

Aftercare is the recovery that procedure actually needs, plus the longer wait collagen-stimulating options require. The result depends on tissue, sessions, and healing. Swelling isn’t the outcome. A photograph you admired isn’t a promise about your body.

How it fits

Part of a root-cause plan.

Losing weight and then disliking the shape that’s left is a frustrating sequence. It isn’t a failure of the weight work, and contouring doesn’t punish or reward it. Root-cause care keeps the jobs apart: medical weight care continues if you still need it, and volume is planned only for the deflation in front of us. Food and strength still matter, because a contour on an unstable weight is a contour you may have to revisit.

A nurse practitioner who is also a dietitian won’t let a breast or buttock procedure impersonate a nutrition plan. The aesthetic goal stays proportional and non-surgical. If what you’re describing is really an operation, the straight answer is to say so, rather than stretch filler or a biostimulator past the tissue. There is no guarantee on either side of that line.

No. It addresses volume loss after weight has changed, and contour of the breasts or buttocks. It isn’t a substitute for weight care, and it won’t do the work of a medical weight plan.
